Disney is among the largest entertainment companies in the world, owning brands such as Marvel, Lucasfilms, Pixar, and of course Disneyworld and Disneyland theme parks around the globe.
With over 200,000 employees to manage, Disney uses an online portal called MyID to help employees manage their benefits, paychecks, and scheduling.
Disney Enterprise Portal at MyID.Disney.com
Employees who work at Disney enjoy many different benefits and can access information about them at their convenience on the Disney Enterprise Portal. Note that benefits may differ depending on your location and if you are a full-time or part-time employee.
To access this information, navigate to the Disney employee login page at myid.disney.com/services/login?. You’ll see that it says “MyID” at the top of the page.
Next, you’ll see fields for your email or company assigned ID and password. This information will be given to you when you are hired as an employee.
Enter this information and click on the “Sign In” button below the fields. There is an option to store your data by checking the “Remember Me” box. If you’d like to view this information in another language, choose your language from the drop-down box at the bottom.
If you can’t remember your password, you’ll need to click on the “Help Signing In” link below the “Remember Me” checkbox.
Mobile Disney Enterprise Portal Login
Need to log into the Disney Enterprise portal while you’re out and about? This website works on mobile devices, so you’re in luck. The login process is the same as above.
Note that Disney does not have an employee phone app and is not currently planning on developing one. You can always save the website to your phone as an icon for easier access.
Login Assistance
If you haven’t logged in for a while or forgot your password, there are a few steps to follow to reset your password and log in.
First, click on the “Help Signing In” link below the “Remember Me” checkbox. After clicking on the link, you’ll be presented with three choices: first time user, forgot password, and additional help.
First Time User
When you choose this option, you’ll be taken to another screen showing the steps you’ll need to take.
Enter your email or company assigned ID in the appropriate box and your last name in the last name box. If you can’t remember your company assigned ID, click on the “Don’t Know Your Company Assigned ID?” link below.
On the next screen, you’ll need to confirm your identity. After that, the system will ask you to set security questions, then update your information if required. The fifth step is to create a new password. Once you’ve done that, you’re all set.
Forgot Password
This process is similar to the “First Time User” process. The only difference is that you’ll need to answer the security questions you set when you first logged in. Next, you’ll need to confirm your identity. And last, you’ll need to choose your new password.
Additional Help
If you’ve tried the other two options, and you’re still stuck, choose “Additional Help.” On this screen, you’ll see an FAQ section and a toll-free number, 1-866-5DISNEY, to talk to a live person.
The phone number for the Disney IT Support Center at 1-866-534-7639 for help with your email password or any other issues you are having.
